LTC Paul D. Romagnoli


LTC Paul D. Romagnoli graduated in 1992 from California State University, Fresno with a bachelors of science in Environmental Health Science. He was commissioned into the Signal Corps and branch detailed to the Infantry. Following the Basic and Airborne courses, LTC Romagnoli was assigned to Fort Knox, Kentucky and served as a Mechanized Platoon Leader for G Co. 15th Infantry, 194th Separate Armored Brigade and the executive officer for HHC 2-33 Armor, 16th Cavalry Regiment.

After attending the Signal Officerís Branch Qualification Course, LTC Romagnoli was assigned to the 13th Signal Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood and served as a Mobile Subscriber Equipment Nodal Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, Battalion Maintenance Officer, and Assistant S-3.

Following the Signal Officerís Advanced Course LTC Romagnoli was assigned to Fort Bliss and served as the Brigade S6 for the 11th Air Defense Artillery Brigade. He also commanded the 208th Signal Company and was the Battalion S6 for 1-7 Air Defense Artillery Battalion, 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, deploying to Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Desert Spring.

LTC Romagnoli served as the Secretary General Staff at the United States Signal Center, Fort Gordon, prior to attending the Command and General Staff College and the School of Advanced Military Studies at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

At Schofield Barracks, LTC Romagnoli has served as the chief of plans for the 25th Infantry Division as well as the Brigade S6 for the 3/25 Infantry Brigade Combat Team while deploying twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

His awards include the Bronze Star Medal (1 OLC), the Meritorious Service Medal (1 OLC), the Army Commendation Medal (4 OLCs), and the Army Achievement Medal (1 OLC). LTC Romagnoli holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a Masters in Military Arts and Sciences from Fort Leavenworth.

He is married to the former Lauren Mansfield from Valley Stream, New York and they have a beautiful baby girl named Lily who is 14 months old.
