CSM Michael Stoddard



Command Sergeant Major Mike Stoddard is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. He entered the U.S. Army in 1989 where he completed Basic Training at Ft Bliss, Texas and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas as a Health Care Specialist (68W). His military education includes Primary Leaders’ Development Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, First Sergeants Course, Airborne School, Air Assault School, Battle Staff NCO Course, Flight Medic Course, Joint Firepower Controllers Course, Total Army Instructor Training Course, MEDEVAC Doctrine Course, Senior Training Managers Course, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Nominative Sergeants Major Force Management Course, and is a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (Class 62).

CSM Stoddard’s previous assignments include Medical Specialist, HHC 1/17th Infantry Regiment, Fort Richardson, Alaska; Medical Specialist, 6th Medical Battalion, Fort Richardson, Alaska; Emergency Treatment NCO, HHC 3/68 Armor Battalion, Fort Carson Colorado; Evacuation Section Sergeant, HHT 1-4 CAV, Schweinfurt, Germany; Emergency Treatment NCO, Keller Army Community Hospital, West Point, New York; Flight Platoon Sergeant, 159th Medical Company (AA), Wiesbaden, Germany; MEDEVAC Observer Controller and Aviation Division Sergeant Major, Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk ,Louisiana; First Sergeant, United States Army School of Aviation Medicine, Fort Rucker, Alabama; First Sergeant, C CO 2-227th Aviation Regiment (AA), Fort Hood, Texas, OTSG/MEDCOM G-3/5/7 SGM, Falls Church, Virginia, and currently serves as the Command Sergeant Major for 325th Brigade Support Battalion, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.

CSM Stoddard holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership from Trident University.

CSM Stoddard is married to the former Aimee Lodema of Warwick, New York for 12 years.
